Avoiding carbonated drinks while traveling
Carbonated drinks are dangerous to your health! Carbonated drinks, also known as soft drinks, do contain 12 table spoons of sugar per 8oz. When you drink such two or more times a day, you are burying your self six feet below the ground. Extra sugar from these drinks got no good for your health. It produces undesirable effects such as, unbalanced nutrition extra fat storage, and uneven blood sugar, thus making your health status at risk. That risk can lead to diseases and eventually death.
