Take a ride in their roller coaster or enjoy the different themes country (China, Mexico, Polynesia, Mediterranean and the Far West), the park offers.
Barcelona is also the home of Europe’s largest aquarium. Enjoy the experience of seeing marine creatures, fish, flowers, water and animal invertebrates.
For a good night, Barcelona has a number of restaurants and bars. A nice dinner with a glass of sparkling Cava (local champagne) will emerge as a romantic evening. Try roaming through Port Vell find Maremagnum Center for a number of shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars. The Ribera, St. Gervasi and Gracia should also be considered.
If Barcelona does not overlook the taste their delicious Catalan cuisine. Try sampling escudella, suquet de peix and their broad range of fish and seafood. For dessert, try crema catalana (custard with a caramel crust) and Mel i mató (cottage cheese and honey).
If you have not done your shopping check-out Eixample for fashion and jewellery shops. The Pesseig de Gracia is also abundant with commercial galleries. There you will find two department stores with designer boutiques in the diagonal. In the Placa de las Glories Catalanes is a flea market called Mercat de les Encants sale of antiques and unique jewelry.
