Eating right when traveling
In order I get all the nutrients my body needs, I usually eat ½ cup (about 4 large) strawberries on your cereal at breakfast, 6 baby carrots with lunch, an apple for a snack and ½ cup broccoli (about 2 big spears) and 1 cup of salad with dinner. I make sure to have at least two fruits and three vegetables everyday to stay healthy.
